☆ Terms of Service ☆☆ If you’re going to commission me you automatically accept my terms of service☆Commissioner is expected to provide a clear visual reference of the character, not description.☆ Payment must always be up front
Meaning: I won’t start the commission unless I get paid first☆ No refunds or holds☆ Commissions with short notice deadline will cost extra.
☆You can only do changes in the sketch or linear stages.☆ Changes in the coloring stages that are not about colors WILL COST EXTRA.☆ Do not do any big edits on my art in any circumstances. If you want any edits, please let me do it for you.☆ I reserve the right to reject any Commission inquiry for any reason.
Examples: hate speech or gross content☆Let me know if you want updates in your commission☆If you break any of these rules you will be blocked and blacklisted.☆I’m completely fine by using the commission as commercial use.☆But please let me know if you do.
Examples: live streaming or merch.☆No one is allowed to use my art as NFT or AI☆Commissioner understands that every piece will be streamed online on Twitch or Picarto☆Commissioner understands their piece may be used as an example for other commissions☆Work in progress screenshots will be provided ONLY when Commissioner requests it.☆During the stream I am happy to work with my clients and apply any changes during the process free of charge.
★ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in a profit and non-profit way. (That means I may potentially sell prints of the artwork you commissioned or use them in my artbooks. In case of any other merch such as stickers or keychains I will double check with you)★ Commissioner may use the artwork as their wallpaper/avatar/header etc.★ Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!★ Commissioner mustn't sell the work further.★ Commissioner is expected to give a proper credit in case of reposting it on social media.★ Commissioner is expected to put * after their username in commission form as a proof of reading the TOS :3
